Update Details: All of the ISO Toolkits have been updated.
We've recently updated the IMS1 Manual which required all toolkits to be updated so we took the opportunity to complete a comprehensive review and update of every ISO toolkit - not a small task when you consider that across all the toolkits there are over 6,000 files!
Summary of key changes;
- IMS folder structure - this was tweaked slightly. The Operational-Procedures folder was moved into /Draft/ (not everyone needs these procedures and it was causing some confusion regarding their purpose - now clearer that optional; only use if required), in the Audits folder we moved the 'Internal Audits' and 'External Audits' folders to the top level (mainly to make it easier to get to the Internal audits folder - now 1-click less!!) and the 'Regulations' folder was renamed 'Legislation' as this seemed to make more sense.
- IMS1 Manual updated - as detailed here the IMS1 manual was recently updated and this had some implications for other files within the toolkits
- ER9 Legal Register now included in the Legislation folder for all toolkits (was previously in /Regulations/Draft/ folder) to prompt users to either use this file or remove the reference from IMS1
- 27001 toolkits - these toolkits have been updated to include the updated cloud files
- ISO standards guidance - an overview of each relevant ISO standard was added to the /Standards/ folder in each toolkit
- Some new forms added to all toolkits (as requested by consultants based on usefulness);
- All other files updated since the last toolkit update have been added to each toolkit
