Update Details: Update to the P-118 Third Party Representatives Policy
This policy was reviewed following feedback from an ISO 22458:2022 audit where additional information was requested that could have been covered by this policy.
Based on this feedback the ISO 22458 standard requirements were reviewed and some additional content was added to provide additional detail on the following;
- Third – Parties without mandate
- Legal advice on legality of third-party mandates
- Protecting Vulnerable Consumers and Removing Third-Party Rights
This policy has now been updated in the ISO 22458 toolkit and the policy product page.
