Update details: Content of this file was updated to include a section on the quality management system.
Content added including reference to the seven quality management principles - this update was made in response to a client request and it was agreed that the handbook should have a section on quality as already has a section covering environmental, health and safety and information security.
Very general quality related overview which can be adapted when used and also makes reference to the quality management system and employee responsibilities.
