Update details: Legal register worksheet was redesigned to facilitate rating of legislation in terms of Relevance and also to categorise the legislation.

Updated guidance on the relevance rating;

• Pertinent - key legislation that needs ongoing monitoring and action
• Relevant - applicable but already compliant without any further consideration
• Irrelevant - not relevant or applicable to current activities

This rating and applied filter can then be used to transfer only the Pertinent legislation into a summary legal register.
