Update Details: Updates to a number of the sample data files and addition of new sample data files;
- Environmental Aspects Registers updated to include AI as an impact - with the development of AI data-centres and the fairly considerable environmental impact these can have both in their immediate location and in terms of energy and resource-use we have updated all the sample data environmental impacts assessments to consider use of Artificial Intelligence in terms of it's environmental impact. There are currently a couple of such examples in the ENV-Registers folder and also the default F-IMS60-Environmental Aspects Register in the IMS registers folder (note: don't implement or use more than 1 of these registers - the multiple files are to offer different perspectives on this and the different files are to allow the register to be filed within the IMS folder or a separate environmental folder).
- F-IMS25 Information Assets Register - updated with additional details relating to use of cloud
- ER9 Legal Register - updated to reflect new and pending UK legislation
- ER16 Business Continuity Register - further details relating to critical functions such as internet access
- RA-CV1 Consumer Vulnerability Risk Assessment - new sample date file with generic company activities and consideration of risks for vulnerable consumers and details of possible controls. This is relevant for companies looking at ISO 22458 compliance but also consumer vulnerability in general
