Update Details: New Artificial Intelligence (AI) policy has been added
To support efforts to review and manage the impact that AI can have on business operations and management systems we have prepared a new public policy statement covering the use of AI.
The policy provides a brief outline of AI, it's uses and confirmation that must be used in a responsible, ethical and legally compliant manner. The policy includes a listing of the acceptable use of AI and also makes reference to AI Guidelines so can be backed up by a more detailed guideline on the use of AI and used as part of an AI management system.
This policy can be used in conjunction with other AI guidance and procedures as part of an AI management system or as a standalone file.
There are 2 versions of the policy with the -V2 version including a section that references the ISO 42001:2024 Artificial Intelligence Management System standard and includes mandatory statements as detailed in this standard.
