Update Details: Four new files have been added to the HR forms section.
The following files have been added;
- F-HR14 Employee Disciplinary Record - HR form for documenting the disciplinary record of an employee
- F-HR15 Employment Letter and Contract - Employee job offer letter and simple employment contract
- F-HR16 Employee Emergency Contact Details - form for logging emergency contact details for an employee
The employment letter / contract is a file we've previously avoided providing as it was deemed to be straying into legal / HR territory but on review it is relevant to ISO and legal compliance and better to have something in place that is consistent with the other documents provided including the staff handbook, policies and the management system documentation. It is recommended that you get competent legal / HR advice before issuing an offer of employment or employment contract.
The F-HR16 is another updated HR form where on-form 'Record Retention Summary' has been included to improve understanding of and compliance with record management and retention for compliance with personal data regulations.
