ER5 Customer Feedback Register

Update Details: The ER5 Feedback Analysis Register has been updated with improved feedback analysis

This register is useful if manually collecting feedback using a customer feedback form such as the F-Q12 Customer Questionnaire and then wanting to compile and analyse the feedback collected.

The register includes a 'Feedback Analysis' worksheet which previously allowed you to input a start and end date to display all the feedback scores for this date range.

To improve this analysis sheet it has been updated so that as well as displaying the data for the selected date range it also shows all data for a number of years (which years to include can be specified) so that it is easier to view and export the feedback rating over time.

If you've set improving customer feedback rating as a measurable quality objective this will help with reviewing and monitoring the rating over time with an overview of the average scores per year and a chart to display this graphically.
