Update Details: Update to the F-HS5 COSHH Assessment form
This form was updated to improve the layout and usability and also a number of other changes;
- Final confirmation section updated to detail;
- Inherent risk rating of the product / substance - this can be used to visually flag dangerous substances
- Residual risk rating - after consideration of safe use and controls in place
- Confirmation that exposure is adequately controlled and that risk is at an acceptable level
- The layout of the product identification and properties was updated and improved
- Hazard Classification and Labelling section also updated for ease of use
- PPE images / section updated to allow more space for detailing PPE specification
