Update Details: New form / register for keeping track of site visitors.
Site visitor registers largely disappeared when the General Data Protection Regulations came into force with companies, paranoid about data protection and protection of personal data, removing them from service.
However, having no means of tracking who has entered and exited from a premises is also problematic for emergency planning purposes!
We were recently asked for a register and realised there isn't currently one available in alphaZ documents and since they still have a place and serve a genuine purpose (legitimate interest in GDPR parlance) we've now added one.
If you intend to use this register you may need to review your privacy notice / record of processing activity - this register will collect personal data so you should make data subjects aware of this and the data collected should be protected (probably don't use this register if members of the public visit your premises) and only retain completed records for as long as is required!
