Update Details: Update to the F-HS20 General Risk Assessment and F-Q36 General Risk Assessment forms
These forms were updated to improve the layout and usability and also a number of other changes;
- All forms now include a final confirmation that overall Residual Risk Rating is at an acceptable level - this is a field included at the end of the form after all hazards / risks have been considered
- F-HS20 now has A & B versions - to ensure this form is easier to complete and the completed risk assessment is easier to follow the B version includes a full set of hazard symbols and PPE (personal protective equipment) icons (from ISO 7010), allowing assessors to quickly and visually communicate hazard types and required protective equipment within the assessment. An appendix i file with these symbols is also provided for use with the A version rather than including them on the form
- Some additional fields for logging Persons Consulted (F-HS20B) and Any other Opportunities to eliminate Hazards or Reduce Risks / Feedback from interested parties was added to all the forms
