Update Details: Update to the F-Q92 Business Critical Function Appraisal form
This form was updated to improve the layout and usability with a table added to the 'Continuity Priority' section with select boxes to enter Importance and Recovery Priority which are used to determine the Continuity Priority.
The overall content and purpose remains the same - use this form to formally review business critical functions as part of a business impact analysis review, just the layout has been modified.
