  • Violence / aggression / harassment
  • Stress and psychosocial hazards
  • Fatigue
  • Inadequate housekeeping / sanitation

  • Road travel / road traffic
  • Inadequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Lone / Young / Pregnant workers
  • Use of display-screen equipment
  • Exposure to hazardous substances
  • Exposure to biological hazards
  • Exposure to noise

  • Radiation exposure
  • Contractors and visitors
  • Compressed air

  • Electrical hazards

As well as the hazard category the sheet includes a description of each and a Risk-rating field which is controlled by a select-box to indicate if the hazard is applicable (the row will automatically be greyed if N/A is selected) and the risk-rating using the standard risk level indicator (with conditional formatting based on level of risk selected being applied automatically).

Notes can also be added against each entry. This planning sheet is intended to support and enhance the hazard-risk review process.

A number of other minor updates were also made to the file including an update to the Instructions.
