Update Details: Update to the F-HS38 Fire Extinguisher Register and the F-Q19 Employee Equipment Issue Form
To improve these forms we've added landscape versions;
- F-HS38 Fire Extinguisher Register - the landscape version of this form has exactly the same content but allows more space for comments but less entries overall due to the shorter page length
- F-Q19 Employee Equipment Issue Form - this form now has a landscape version with the purpose changed to be more like a register where name is added against each equipment entry unlike the portrait form which is to log all equipment issued to a specific employee
