Update Details: Addition of new V3 version of the F-IMS20 Document Register.
This register plays a central role in demonstrating effective document control for a number of the ISO standards as well as providing an overview of company records that need to be retained. What wasn't currently listed was a section for detailing externally controlled documents as it was assumed externally generated records like purchase documentation would be listed in the Key Company Records section and other key external documents like ISO standards would be listed in IMS1 1.6 - Overview of key standards.
In case you think it might be handy to also list Key Externally Controlled Documents on this register we've added a section where you can detail any key externally controlled documents (like ISO standards), who issues the document (iso.org), where it is filed (IMS folder 10) and who is responsible for updates and the source of updates.
We also took the opportunity to add an example to the document and of course listed the alphaZ standard update service as the source of updates!
