- ER9 Legal Register - updated to reflect new and pending UK legislation including;
- Data Use and Access Act 2025 - Organisations are allowed to use personal data for research purposes and changes to rules made regarding response times to Subject Access Requests (SAR’s)
- Employment Rights Act 2025 - This act introduces major changes to employment legislation including extended rights on sick pay, parental and bereavement leave, further protections for casual and zero-hours workers and 6-month rights for unfair dismissal
- Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act - Identity verification is now mandatory for individuals filing documents through Companies House. - ER14 Hazard Risk Assessment Register - further details added relating to Bullying and Harassment in the workplace and also for risks associated with contractors working on the premises
- F-HS20 General Risk Assessment - example simple general risk assessment. Updated as maybe too simple so some other general risks like pregnant workers and dealing with contractors added
- P-3 Health and Safety Policy - V3 & V4 - Example H&S policies which include arrangements and risk assessments. Updated as per the F-HS20 update (it's the same content included within an H&S policy)
- F-IMS20 Document register - some amendment to content here to separate health surveillance records (protected personal data) from PPE issue (not personal data) to separate rows. -V2 amended to not include any retention period for personal data and instead point at the F-IMS24 Personal Data Register where this can be detailed.
- F-IMS23 Opportunities and Risks Register - AI added as an opportunity and as a threat on the SWOT analysis. Further details about risks associated with AI and quantum computing added to risks register.
- ER16 Business Continuity Register - updated with details of customer support as a critical function, including dependencies and supporting resources, continuity arrangements.
- F-IMS27 Legal Register - this is an abbreviated version of the ER9 register where only pertinent legislation is listed and can be used to populate IMS1 1.6. Various updates made to this listing as detailed in the changes to ER9.
