F-Q107 Premises Safety Compliance Checklist

Update Details: This new form has been prepared and added in response to a consultancy request; a client asked 'What is the minimum we need to do to make sure our premises are legally compliant for our upcoming ISO audit?' 

The answer was potentially nothing needed to be done or also possibly quite a lot depending on what was in place. This form reviews the main areas that should be considered including; Health & Safety Arrangements, Risk Assessments, Office Equipment / Computers, Premises, Security, Emergency procedures / evacuation, Oil and Chemicals. Each section includes some additional prompts for items that could / should be reviewed; Is there an electrical certificate for the premises? Is there a first aid kit available?
